From sprint mechanics to podium finishes. See how I build athletes who don't just participate, they win.

This is where speed begins. A powerful start is non-negotiable in sprinting, and I ensure every athlete masters the explosive power needed to get out of the blocks and lead from the first step.

The results speak for themselves. This is a glimpse of Go Speed athletes dominating the Delhi State Open Athletics Championships, bringing home a haul of gold, silver, and bronze medals. We train to compete, and we compete to win.

A coach's job goes beyond the track; it's about waking up before the sun, preparing the athlete mentally, and being there for every moment, big or small. This is a look at the dedication behind winning a medal at the Asian Para Games.

Explosive power is built off the ground. Hurdle jumps are a core part of my plyometric training, designed to build reactive strength, improve ground contact time, and develop the fast-twitch muscle fibers essential for a sprinter's speed.

Strength is the foundation of speed. Here, my athletes perform weighted lunges, a key exercise for building leg power and stability. We follow this with plyometric jumps to convert that raw strength into explosive, on-track performance.

Technique is everything. I break down the three most common mistakes young runners make at the start, from incorrect hand and leg placement to improper foot positioning. Correcting these fundamentals is the first step to becoming a faster, more efficient athlete.

I train athletes across all sports to be faster and more explosive. Here is IPL cricketer Abhishek Sharma during a plyometric session, building the power that translates to incredible performances on the pitch.

This is the journey. From the frustration of defeat to the pure joy of victory, I teach my athletes to turn their tears into sweat and their losses into lessons. This is how we build not just the fastest boy in Delhi, but a true champion.

About Featured

Most of the kids I see have one fatal flaw: they lead with the same hand and leg while starting. It sounds small, but it kills your split seconds. At Go Speed, we fix that mechanical error first, whether you are training at our IIT Delhi track or Vasant Kunj facility. It is not about running hard; it is about running smart.

My Approach: From Technique to Timing

At Go Speed, we don't just run laps. Whether we are at the IIT Delhi track or GD Goenka in Vasant Kunj, we use resistance bands, drag parachutes, and video biomechanics to break down the start, drive, and lift phases. I treat every athlete as a potential champion, whether they are a school student picking up spikes for the first time or a cricketer like Abhishek Sharma refining their explosive power.

Why the Focus on Grassroots?

Early training is everything. If you don't get the form right now, you will hit a plateau later. My programs—ranging from the Youth Foundation to the Elite Pro-Athlete protocol—focus on the fundamentals:

  • A/B/C Skips and Drills: Fixing your gait before we talk about speed.
  • Post-Activation Potentiation: Using heavy lifts in the gym to make you fire faster on the track.
  • Mental Conditioning: Losing a race is part of the process, but I teach my athletes to convert those tears into sweat and comeback stronger.

Who This Is For

I work with team players, track stars, and para-athletes who are serious about results. If you are looking for a gentle, recreational jogging club, this is not it. This is for the athlete who wants to compete at the Delhi State Championships and beyond. We train hard, we track your Season Best and Personal Best stats, and we ensure you have the mindset to push through fatigue when it matters most.
