Real progress is made on the track, through sweat and discipline. Join our community of 'cheete'—athletes training for speed, strength, and victory.

This is where the magic happens. I believe real progress is made on the track, and I am there with my athletes for every sprint, every drill, and every step, ensuring they perfect their form and push their limits. This is a typical evening session, focusing on explosive starts from the blocks.

The finish line is just the beginning. This video captures the moment one of my athletes wins the SBI Marathon 21k, a testament to his dedication and our rigorous training. We celebrate every victory, big or small, because it's a reward for all the hard work.

We train as a pack of 'cheete' (cheetahs). Here, a group of my athletes explodes from the starting line during a practice session at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. This synchronized start shows the discipline and collective energy we build in every session.

Strength is the foundation of speed. We use the stadium stairs for plyometric drills like these synchronized box jumps to build explosive power and endurance. This kind of strength and conditioning workout is a core part of our training for sprinters and long-distance runners alike.

Our team is a family. This is a shot of our running group after a tough but rewarding Thursday morning workout in Lodhi Garden. We believe in pushing each other and celebrating our collective effort, creating a strong community of runners.

Training isn't confined to the track. Here, we are using agility ladders and mini hurdles during one of our free Tuesday and Saturday sessions at Lodhi Garden. These drills are crucial for improving footwork, coordination, and running form for athletes of all levels.

Celebrating a champion's success. Here I am with one of my dedicated athletes after he secured a major win. Moments like these are what our shared journey of hard work and perseverance is all about.

This is our primary training ground, the iconic Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. This world-class facility provides the perfect environment for serious track work, from 400m sprints to marathon preparation, helping my athletes achieve their personal bests.

About Featured

This isn't just about showing up, it's about the consistency of our grind. We balance the technical precision of 400m sprint mechanics at JLN Stadium with the community spirit of our endurance runs at Lodhi Garden. If you want to see real progress, you have to commit to the track work—it is where the speed is built, and where I personally correct your form, step by step.

Training Philosophy

I believe in honest work. Whether you are aiming for a sub-hour 10K or trying to master your first starting block sprint, the principle remains the same. You have to put in the time. I do not believe in shortcuts or fancy equipment that hides a lack of effort. My sessions at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium are designed to break limits using simple, effective tools: medicine balls, stadium stairs, and pure interval training.

How We Train

My coaching style is hands-on. During our 90 to 120-minute sessions, I watch your stride, your arm movement, and your breathing. If you are a sprinter, we focus on A-skips, B-skips, and explosive power drills. If you are a marathon runner, we focus on pace charts and endurance building. We train in all weather conditions because race day in Delhi does not wait for perfect sunshine. We build mental toughness alongside physical capacity.

Building a Community

Running can be lonely, but it does not have to be. My Tuesday and Saturday sessions at Lodhi Garden are built for group motivation. We support each other through the fatigue. I call my athletes 'cheete' because we move as a pack, pushing one another to smash personal bests. If you have the willpower, there is a place for you here. Bring your shoes, bring your discipline, and let us get to work.
