A race is won as much in the mind as it is on the track. I push athletes beyond their comfort zones, building speed endurance and the mental strength to fight through extreme fatigue.

Mondays are tough, and we start the week with hard endurance workouts. This session pushes the athletes to their limits, building the stamina needed for longer sprints and tough competitions.

In this workout, there is no friendship. I teach my athletes to push past their own limits and break their competitors. Each athlete has a different level of willpower, and this is where they discover it.

Wednesdays are for tough 200m repeats. This workout pushes the athletes' heart rates up to 190-200 bpm, building speed endurance and the mental strength to perform under extreme fatigue.

There is no substitute for hard work. This video shows the raw effort and mental strength required to get through one of our toughest training sessions.

These champions never fail to impress me. Even on the fifth and final 400m repeat, this athlete is flying, showing the incredible results of consistent, hard training.

I teach my athletes not to save their energy for the last run. The real improvement comes when you push your body through fatigue, when lactic acid is high. That is how you build true endurance.

Fatigue is all in the mind. If you can tame your mind to be stronger, you will find that you can run your last repetition the best, even when your body is tired.

400m repeats, five times over. This is a workout that tests both physical endurance and mental will. The exhaustion at the end is a sign of a job well done.

Athletes often think a workout will be easy until they are in the middle of it. This session of 200m repeats with short rest shows how quickly an "easy" workout can become a true test of grit.

The before and after effects of a tough 600m endurance workout. This is the reality of training to be a champion.

About Endurance & Mental Fortitude

When your body feels like it's shutting down, that's where the real training begins. I don't just coach you to run; I coach you to manage lactic acid and keep your form crisp when you're at 190 bpm. If you’re looking for a comfortable jogging club, this isn't it—but if you want to know how far you can really push, come to a session.

Speed and endurance are not gifts; they are earned through systematic pain. Whether you are training for a 400m sprint or building stamina for field sports like cricket, the principles remain the same: efficiency under fatigue.

At Go Speed, we focus on:

  • Controlled Lactic Acid Thresholds: We run intervals—like our staple 200m and 400m repeats—not just to tire you out, but to teach your body to operate when the burning starts. You learn to maintain form, keep your arm action tight, and stay relaxed while your heart rate is maxed.
  • Mental Over Physical: The most common barrier is the mind. I’ve seen talented runners give up the moment they feel a pinch of exhaustion. We train to change that. When you realize the 'wall' is just a mental suggestion, you unlock a different gear.
  • Venue Specifics: We utilize premium tracks at IIT Delhi and GD Goenka, Vasant Kunj, to ensure you get the ground response you need to avoid injury.

This isn't about finishing a workout; it's about finishing it with intention. I am tough, and the program is demanding. There are no shortcuts here, just technical corrections, disciplined drills, and the grit to push through until the last repetition is as fast as the first. If you think you’re ready, come show me.
