I am a national athlete, and my academy in Noida is built on one principle: no shortcuts. If you are serious about speed, agility, and race performance, join me for training that demands discipline and delivers real results.

This is where it all starts. I train young athletes at my Future Champ Academy with drills using mini hurdles and agility ladders to build a solid foundation in speed and coordination. Discipline and correct form are everything.

Strength is the foundation of speed and endurance. Here I am doing a 150kg hip thrust, an essential workout for building powerful glutes and hamstrings that will help you power through your 5km and 10km races.

The result of dedication. I am incredibly proud of my student from the Future Champ Academy, holding his well-earned medal. My goal is to shape future champs through structured athletics coaching.

As a coach, I lead by example during a local running event. I am on the ground with my athletes, guiding them through race day, ensuring they apply the tactics and techniques we practice.

Agility training is crucial for any runner. In this video, a young athlete practices hurdle jumps to improve his footwork and explosive power. These drills are a core part of my speed and agility program.

Proper form is non-negotiable, especially with heavy lifts like squats. Here, I am spotting a client to ensure his technique is safe and effective, helping him build the leg strength needed for personal bests.

I don't just coach, I compete. This is my official chip time from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 10K race. I practice the same discipline and race strategy that I teach to my athletes.

I am honored to be a coach and ambassador for events like the Greater Noida Half Marathon. My experience as a national athlete helps me prepare runners not just to finish, but to compete.

Running technique improvement is a big focus of my training. Here, I am demonstrating high-knee drills on the treadmill to improve cadence and form, which is key to running faster and avoiding injury.

About Featured

Real running is not about flashy gear, it is about raw technique and consistent effort. I run hybrid sessions that combine park-based agility drills with gym-based strength work, specifically targeting your stride length and explosive power. If you are not prepared for early morning start times and strict, results-driven routines, this is likely not the right fit.
