This is what our training looks like every day. We start together, we push together. I am right there on the track, guiding a group of athletes through sprint drills at Tau Devi Lal Stadium.
This is where the training pays off. Watch one of my athletes competing in the Under 16 Boys 60m hurdles at the NIDJAM 2024 national event in Ahmedabad. This is the result of focused technique and relentless practice.
I believe in hands on coaching. Here, I am timing an athlete's sprint repetition with a stopwatch to track her progress accurately. Every second counts in our pursuit of improvement.

How We Train
We operate at the Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Gurugram, utilizing the synthetic track for both high-intensity sprinting and long-distance endurance work. Our training isn't generic; it is built on the philosophy that hard work—or 'mehnat'—is the only shortcut to success.
Core Training Focus
- 1600m & Army Recruitment: We specifically target the sub-5:30 minute timeline required for defense physicals. We combine group endurance runs with stair workouts and sand-pit resistance training to build the necessary leg power.
- Sprint & Hurdle Mechanics: For competitive athletes, we break down your drive phase, block starts, and hurdle rhythm. You will see us filming form to correct posture and minimize wasted energy.
- Endurance & Marathon Prep: For our 5km to 21km runners, we focus on pacing strategies and lactate threshold training to keep you moving when the fatigue sets in.
