A proud father and a proud coach. This champion's discipline and determination are an inspiration. It's a long journey ahead, and staying grounded is the key.

High jump requires a combination of speed, power, and technique. Here, one of my athletes works on his form to clear the bar.

I am building the Olympic stars of 2036. This fun but challenging exercise builds core strength and teamwork among my young athletes.

When heavy pollution stops us from training outdoors, we find a way. We moved our session to an indoor stadium with air purifiers to ensure the workout continues. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Will the fastest girl of Delhi regain her title as the fastest in North India? The journey to the top is tough, but she has the talent and the work ethic to do it.

Work hard to succeed. This video shows my athletes doing squat jumps, a great exercise for building lower body strength and explosive power.

A glimpse of the hard work and memorable moments from 2022. It was a great year of growth, victories, and building a stronger team at Go Speed.

The Inter IIT sports meet has an incredibly high standard of competition. Winning and losing are part of the game, but the spirit and effort of the Delhi IIT team is always something to be proud of.

The baton exchange in a 4x100m relay is a high skill maneuver. It requires trust, timing, and a blind pass. Here, my athletes are practicing this crucial part of the race.

Hard work will always beat talent if talent doesn't work hard. This is the core belief that drives every training session at Go Speed.

About Additional Work

This gallery captures the daily grind of our track sessions, not just the race day glory. Whether it is baton exchange drills for relay runners or adjusting foot landing for sprinters, you will see exactly how we build technique during our 75 to 90 minute sessions at IIT Delhi or GD Goenka.

Success on the track is not magic. It is the result of repetition and attention to the small details that others ignore. In these photos and videos, I show you what actually happens during our training blocks.

We do not just run fast. We practice the start blocks, we spend hours on relay baton passes, and we use resistance training to build explosive power. You will see my athletes training in different conditions, including the indoor stadium sessions we move to when pollution levels in Delhi get too high. I believe in adaptation. If the track is not usable, we find a way to train elsewhere, because the consistency of your routine dictates your speed.

My training methodology focuses on three pillars: Mechanics, Agility, and Mindset. You will see athletes performing hurdle drills to improve hip mobility, and specialized jump training for explosive vertical power. These are not just exercises. They are precise movements designed to fix energy leaks in your gait.

Whether you are a school kid aiming for a sports day win or a competitive athlete eyeing state championships, the work remains the same. You will see this intensity reflected in our relay practice, our jump mechanics, and the way we analyze every sprint phase. This is where champions are built before they ever step onto a podium.
