I don’t train you for the camera. I train you for performance. This is how I turn discipline and biomechanics into raw, scientific power.

This is what explosive power looks like. A 42-inch depth jump isn't for show; it's about training the nervous system to absorb and produce massive force in an instant. This is how we build the reactive strength needed to dominate in any sport.

Absolute strength is the foundation. Here, we use a trap bar deadlift with accommodating resistance from chains, lifting over 190 kg. This method builds raw power through the entire lift, crucial for developing an athlete's force production capabilities.

Rotational power is key for sports like cricket and golf. We use medicine ball throws to teach hip and shoulder separation, interaction, and association. This isn't about mimicking a swing; it's about building the torque-producing engine that powers high-velocity movements.

Explosive athletes are elastic, not just flexible. This is an advanced contrast method combining oscillatory isometrics on a Bulgarian split squat with explosive single-leg bounds. We teach the muscles to contract and relax rapidly, improving the rate of force development.

Building the next generation of fast bowlers starts with mastering the fundamentals of acceleration. Here, I'm coaching youth athletes at the cricket academy on wall drills to establish the correct shin angles needed to produce horizontal force and improve their run-up speed.

Strength has no age limit. This client, in her 50s, is a perfect example of how my programs build powerful, pain-free individuals. We focus on foundational movements like deadlifts and rows to build muscle density and functional strength for life.

Coaching is a hands-on process of assessment and correction. Here, I'm guiding a professional golfer through a heavy trap bar deadlift, ensuring his form is perfect to maximize force output and prevent injury. Every rep is a step towards building a more powerful athlete.

A fast bowler's speed is built on their run-up. We use long approach run-up drills on the field to train athletes to reach peak velocity and effectively absorb massive forces on their front leg at the point of delivery. This is practical, sport-specific conditioning.

You won't find air conditioning or flashy gym equipment in my facility. You will find sleds, chains, heavy plates, and a concrete plan to increase your rate of force development. Most gyms sell aesthetics; I sell the ability to perform. Whether you are a professional cricketer or someone in their 50s wanting to move pain-free, my sessions are built on physics and data, not the latest fitness trends.

My approach to performance coaching is simple: if it does not improve your athletic quality, we do not do it. I reject the idea of 'random workouts.' Every session, whether it is a single session or part of my athlete mentorship, is structured around specific biological outcomes.

Building Real Athletes

True athleticism is not just muscle size. It is the ability of your nervous system to produce and absorb force efficiently. I focus on three core pillars:

  • Absolute Strength: Using compounds like deadlifts and squats to build the foundation.
  • Explosive Power: Using plyometrics and medicine balls to train elasticity and the rate of force development.
  • Durability: Using isometrics to build braking forces and prevent injury.

The Science of Movement

Influencers love complex drills that look good on video but do nothing for your game. I look at shin angles for fast bowlers, hip-shoulder separation for golfers, and motor unit recruitment for everyone else. If you are a fast bowler, we train your run-up velocity. If you are an athlete in your 50s, we focus on maintaining your muscle density and coordination.

Why My Facility is Different

I operate out of raw spaces in Gurugram and Vasant Kunj. There is no luxury here. We train barefoot to increase foot sensory feedback, use industrial fans for airflow, and push until we hit our numbers. You are here to work, not to relax. Chalta rah, rukiyo mat.
