Foundation Athletics & Agility Coaching
Program Schedule
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (typically alternating days).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Target: Beginners (ages 5-12) and general fitness conditioning.
Training Modules
- Agility & Footwork: Use of agility ladders and cone drills to improve reflexes and coordination.
- Mechanics: Rhythm and stride introduction using low-height plastic hurdles.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight exercises including planks, sit-ups, and lunges.
- Activity Type: Group-based relays and games (tag, races) to build endurance.
Coaching Structure
- Primary instruction by assistant coaches.
- Oversight and curriculum set by Head Coach Amit Khanna.
Advanced Competitive Sprint Training
Program Schedule
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week.
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session (includes extended recovery protocols).
- Target: Competitive athletes focusing on 100m, 200m, and relays.
Technical Sprinting
- Block Starts: Setup and reaction drills using professional Nelco/Vinex starting blocks.
- Biomechanics: Correction of arm drive, foot landing (ball of foot), and hip mobility.
- Analysis: Video playback of starts to correct posture and head position.
Strength & Equipment
- Resistance Gear: Usage of drag sleds (tire pulls) and partner resistance bands.
- Plyometrics: Box jumps and depth jumps for explosive power.
- Competition Prep: Race day strategy, curve running mechanics, and mental conditioning.
Mentorship
- Direct hands-on coaching intervention by Ex-National Record Holder Amit Khanna.

Why I Start Young
Bachpan ki aadatein sabse gehri hoti hain (Childhood habits run deepest). I’ve seen that the right habits built early are tough to break, so I focus on kids when it comes to athletics. My aim: not just gym muscles, but real, natural fitness. For me, making champions starts with laying a strong foundation.
What I Promise
No matter where your child stands - unfit, fit, or already a runner - I have a clear plan to move them up. Struggling with fitness? I’ll make them fit. Already fit? Let’s turn them into a runner. Got a runner? I take the guarantee to make them a champion.
Training Approach
- Every session is intense - yahan sirf kaam hota hai, masti baad mein (here, it’s all work first, fun later).
- Technique matters: I teach correct running form, arm action, starting posture, and how to really explode from the blocks.
- Kids speed and agility training is at the core, using hurdle drills, plyometrics, and resistance bands.
- Strength and conditioning with bodyweight moves and drag sleds to keep injuries away.
- The champion mindset: I push for discipline, mental toughness, and bouncing back from setbacks.
Fun Factor & Environment
Masti bhi honi chahiye (Fun is a must). We mix tough workouts with games and activities, making sure kids stay excited. Younger ones train alongside our senior athletes - they get inspired seeing what’s possible. Even fitness-themed birthday parties happen here.
Results That Matter
Our athletes win medals at school, state, and North Zone levels. We’ve produced Delhi NCR’s fastest boy under-12 for three years straight, and seen kids transition from football to track with big success.

My Story
Main hoon Amit Khanna, pehle fastest man of India tha, ab Go Speed Sprint Academy chalata hoon. Dekho, medal kam milte hain kyunki grassroots mein dikkat hai. Mere liye, academy family hai. Bachche medal jeette hain, mera sapna poora hota hai. Vihaan, mera beta, bhi track pe hai—proud father, proud coach. Mera kaam hai unko push karna, jab wo khud pe doubt karte hain, main unpe vishwas rakhta hoon.
My Work
Sprint & Sports Training - We coach 100m, 200m, 400m sprints, hurdles, jumps, triathlon, plus speed and agility for kids.
Unique Training Methods - Downhill running drills and resistance sprint training—hamara focus hai technique bachpan se sahi karna.
Who Can Join - Fit ho ya beginner, sab ke liye training hai. Runner ko champion banane ki guarantee hai.
Coaching Philosophy - Har bache ki alag capability hoti hai. Mental strength coaching pe bhi focus hai, family jaisa support milta hai.
