About Coaching Professional Cricketers

Field par game badalna hai toh simple hai, you need speed. I do not just put cricketers on a treadmill. We focus on sport-specific movement patterns, like the stop-start mechanics you use when running between the wickets. We analyse your stride to identify energy leaks, ensuring every movement on the field translates into saving or scoring those crucial extra runs.

Cricket demands a unique type of fitness. You need quick acceleration, explosive power for the chase, and the endurance to stay sharp till the final over. My training protocol moves away from generic gym routines to focus on athletic performance that actually matters on the pitch.

Most cricketers focus heavily on bat swing and ball control, but they neglect the foundation—the body. Using plyometric jumps, resistance bands, and partner-drag drills, I help players build the raw power needed for rapid starts.
