Youth Athletics and Sprint Training Program
I focus on building athletic fundamentals early. Whether your child is just starting or looking to compete, we set the right technique, coordination, and mindset to build a solid foundation for life.
These drills are designed to improve reaction time and agility in my young athletes. Building a strong foundation starts with fun, engaging, and effective exercises like these.
How quick is your child? Reflexes are crucial in sports for faster reaction times and injury prevention. We use fun, reaction based exercises to sharpen these skills in our youngest athletes.
It's crucial to set the right technique at a young age. Just like handwriting, once a bad running form is fixed, it's very difficult to correct later. We focus on the fundamentals with our junior batches.
A look at our youth training program, where we combine fun drills like sand pit jumps and stair exercises to build strength, coordination, and a love for fitness.
The best way to keep your child away from phones and laptops. Our sessions for the little ones are full of energy, fun games, and foundational athletic drills.

A simple drill to improve arm action. I teach my youngest athletes the correct "pocket to chin" movement to ensure they run efficiently and powerfully right from the start.
About Youth Foundation Program
Here is the reality: athletic form is like handwriting—it is incredibly difficult to fix once you learn it the wrong way. In my sessions, we do not just run around. We drill the 'pocket-to-chin' arm action, foot placement, and explosive starts until they become muscle memory. If your child is struggling with coordination or just needs to burn energy productively, we strip away the fluff and focus on the mechanics that actually make them faster. It is not about winning today; it is about building the engine that wins tomorrow.
Why I Focus on Youth Athletics
Athletic ability is built, not born. I see too many kids struggling on the field because they were never taught the basics. My program is designed to correct this. We don't believe in quick fixes. We work on the foundational building blocks—speed mechanics, agility, and explosive power—that define a true athlete.
The Training Approach
- Technique First: We focus on sprint mechanics, including proper arm action and efficient foot strikes. We correct gait errors before they become permanent habits.
- Conditioning: Through drills like ladders, hurdle work, and resistance sprints, we improve cardiovascular stamina without turning training into a chore.
- No Excuses: Training is consistent, disciplined, and rigorous. I expect my students to show up, work hard, and push their limits. We use periodic time trials to track real progress against academy benchmarks.
Where We Train
I run sessions at premium, accessible locations across the National Capital Region, including IIT Delhi in Hauz Khas and GD Goenka, Vasant Kunj. The goal is to provide a professional environment where kids can focus entirely on their performance.
Discipline and Mindset
I teach kids that losing is part of the process. It builds the mental fortitude required to handle high-pressure situations later in life. My academy is a family, but on the track, we focus on performance, safety, and personal growth. If you are ready for a program that prioritizes hard work and actual results over flashy gimmicks, this is where you start.
