About Endurance & Mountain Challenges

When you are training for events like the Indrahar Summit or a duathlon, the biggest mistake is just adding more volume. I focus on identifying 'energy leaks' in your movement, whether that is your posture during a long-distance cycle or transition times during a race, so you finish feeling capable, not just exhausted.
