Racing is where months of training meet the track. Whether you are aiming for your first podium finish at the Delhi Masters Meet or chasing a new personal best, I help you build the mindset and strategy to cross the finish line stronger.

The pain face. It's a look of intense focus and determination that every runner knows. This is what it looks like to push through your limits during a race.

Three of our athletes with their medals after competing in the Delhi Masters Athletics Meet. We came away with two golds and a bronze. Bahut badhiya!

Another podium finish for our team. It's incredibly rewarding to see our runners' dedication translate into tangible achievements.

Proudly displaying their hard-earned medals and certificates at the JLN Stadium. Moments like these make all the grueling training sessions worthwhile.

My presence at events is crucial to support my athletes. Here I am with a runner who achieved a fantastic time of 42:25 in the 10,000m stadium run.

In the zone during the 10,000m race. Pacing and focus are key, especially in a long track event with 25 laps.

A moment of triumph. This athlete overcame imposter syndrome to earn a bronze medal, proving that his best days are ahead of him.

About this collection

Most runners struggle because the race owns them instead of them owning the race. This usually happens in the final kilometres where the 'pain cave' sets in. I don't just give you a training plan; I work with you on your pacing strategy and mental toughness, ensuring you don't start too fast and fade. We fix this by training for control, so when you hit the track, you have the stamina to finish strong, not just survive.

Beyond the Medal

Crossing the finish line with a medal is a proud moment, but the real work happens in the quiet hours at the JLN Stadium track. I see too many athletes lose their form because they haven't practiced the technical side of racing. My approach to race day is simple: data, discipline, and community.

The Science of Race Day

We use a structured system to prepare you for the intensity of competition:

  • Pacing Strategy: We analyze your heart rate zones and previous race data to build a strategy that prevents positive splits. You learn to manage your energy rather than emptying the tank in the first few rounds.
  • Track Intelligence: Whether it is a 10,000m event or a marathon block, you need to know how to handle track corners, lapping, and lane etiquette. We practice these at JLN Stadium so race day feels like just another training session.
  • The Mental Game: The 'pain face' you see in my gallery isn't just about effort. It is about learning to stay focused when your body is screaming to quit. We build this mental grit through specific interval sessions and the shared pressure of group training.

Ubuntu in Practice

Racing is an individual effort, but you do not have to train in isolation. When you join our tribe, you get the 'Bahut badhiya' support from fellow runners who are pushing their own limits. We celebrate every podium finish and every personal best because that is what Ubuntu is about—we rise together.

If you are tired of guesswork and want to approach your next event with a clear, technical plan, let's talk.
