Speed and Endurance Running for Recruitment
Building stamina is non-negotiable for clearing physical tests. My program focuses on structured running, sprint mechanics, and building the capacity to clear your 1600m or 5km runs with ease.
A female athlete on the track, focused and determined. This is where we build the speed and stamina required for the 1600m run.
The explosive start of a race. We train our athletes to get off the blocks quickly and powerfully, a crucial skill for sprinters.

About Speed and Endurance Running
Don't expect a comfortable synthetic track here. We train on the ground, in the mud, and in the morning fog, because that is where you build the mental toughness required to clear your actual test. My 1600m and 5km drills are designed to push your lungs past their limit, ensuring you don't just finish the run, but you crush the timing requirements set by the Army and Police recruiters.
Training for Real Conditions
Most people fail their recruitment physicals because they train on smooth, flat surfaces and then get shocked by the uneven ground of the testing field. In my academy, we train for reality. Whether it is the 1600m endurance run or the 5km test, I teach you how to pace yourself, control your breathing, and manage your stride on natural grass and dirt. If you cannot run in the elements, you will not clear the test.
My Method: Speed and Stamina
Speed isn't just about moving your legs fast. It is about technique.
- Sprint Mechanics: We work on arm action, knee lift, and explosive starts. A bad start costs you seconds you can never make up.
- Endurance Conditioning: We don't just run long distances. We run with purpose, using interval training to improve your VO2 max and stamina.
- Warm-ups and Injury Prevention: Before we touch the track, we spend time on dynamic stretching and agility drills. A tight muscle is an injury waiting to happen, and I will not let an avoidable injury cost you your selection.
Who This Is For
This isn't for people looking for a leisurely morning jog. This is for candidates preparing for the Indian Army Physical Fitness Test (PFT) or the Police Physical Efficiency Test (PET). If you are serious about wearing the uniform, you have to be ready to put in the work. There are no shortcuts here, only discipline and results.
If you have the drive, come to The Athletics Future Academy in Greater Noida. Bring your gear, leave your excuses at home, and let us get to work.
