I run interactive nutrition workshops for corporates, schools, and wellness professionals, making healthy living doable, not daunting.
Real Talk, Real Food
Boring lectures don’t work. My sessions are full of charcha (discussion), games, and myth busting. No calorie counting, just practical tips using shuddh Hindustani khaana (pure Indian food). Whether you’re in an office boardroom or a school classroom, I keep things hands-on and relatable.
