What I Do
I run nutrition workshops for groups at offices and schools, mostly around Noida and Delhi NCR. My style? No crash diets, no one-size-fits-all rules. I rely on real food, a mix of science and those daadi-naani ke nuskhe (grandmother’s hacks), and a strong belief that health advice should actually make sense for real life.

- For offices: Think workplace nutrition seminars with practical tips, not just theory. I’ve done everything from one-on-one mini nutrition consults to setting up interactive booths for BMI & Nutrition and running full wellness camps to recharge teams.
