About Wellness Workshops and Health Talks
I don’t believe in punishing diets or making you give up all your favourite foods. For me, wellness is about listening to your own body - dil ki suno (listen to your heart) - and finding a balance that actually fits your life, even when there’s a festival every other week and laddoos everywhere. Ghbraiye nahin (don’t worry), you don’t have to pick between celebration and good health.
What My Sessions Are Like
- Everything I share is based on experience (25+ years!) and science, not random WhatsApp forwards.
- No boring lectures - we talk, share, and yes, you can ask anything. I love answering real questions!
- Nature ne humein itna achha khazana diya hai (nature has given us such treasures) in simple foods and spices. Let’s use that, not just supplements.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Seema Singh. Nutrition is my passion, but I’m not just about diets and calories. PagalPanti Bhi Jaroori Haiii! Festivals, travel, Holi colours, and my Mahakumbh trip - all add spice to my life. My daughter and Coco (my Havanese dog) keep me grounded and smiling. Awards are nice, but writing ‘Hormonal Harmony’ felt like true anand ki anubhuti. My motto? Listen to your heart, live every moment.
