Bas khatam karo (just stop them). I use regular, shuddh Hindustani khaana (pure Indian food) from your own kitchen for real results.

One-size-fits-all plans? Bilkul nahi (absolutely not). I start by digging into your age, health history, food likes/dislikes, daily routine, and even your work and culture habits. Every plan is made only for you - right down to the details.

I use body composition nutrition analysis, not just the weighing scale. My machine tracks BMI, muscle percentage, fat, even your body age. This helps me focus on sustainable weight loss strategies - fat loss, not losing water or muscle.
