I don't believe in quick fixes or starving yourself just to drop a few kilos. For me, weight management is about making real, lasting changes that fit into your life, not against it. My approach comes from years of experience and a bit of science mixed with some good ol’ common sense.

Hey, I’m Surbhi Aggarwal, dietitian and wellness coach (Gold Medalist, but that’s not the point). I see people stuck in fad diets, losing hope. Like Manpreet, tried fasting, gained it all back.
