- Reformer: Exclusive use of Canadian imported Merrithew SPX Max Reformers.
- Props: Usage of EVA foam rollers for fascia release, weighted toning balls, and resistance bands based on recovery stage.
- Tracking: Monitoring of range of motion improvements and flexibility versus strength balance.
Studio Standards
- Hygiene: Sanitization of carriage, loops, and props before and after client use.
- Facility: Access to climate controlled studio on Juhu Tara Road with changing facilities.
Post-Injury Group Plan (12 Sessions)

- Group Size: Small group format with limited capacity (approx 4 to 6 attendees) for semi-private supervision.
- Freeze Option: Includes a one-time freezing option for a maximum of 1 week for a fee.

- Methodology: Transition from isolation exercises to full body flows using Reformer carriage, straps, and springs.
- Instruction: High energy instruction with strict attention to posture and alignment to prevent regression.
