Why I Teach Yoga

Yoga isn’t about rushing through poses or chasing perfection. For me, it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and finding strength in simplicity. I believe in going back to our roots - shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya (going back to the roots means finding the core of our existence). That’s what I try to bring into every class.

How We Practice

  • You can join me online for live, interactive yoga sessions - not just videos, but real-time guidance and feedback.
  • If you’re in Bangalore, I hold group yoga classes in Koramangala, Electronic City, and sometimes in parks. Practicing together brings a special energy.
  • My schedule is flexible, with morning and evening slots on select weekdays.

What We Do

  • I teach different styles: Hatha yoga for beginners, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin yoga, and postnatal yoga support for new moms.
  • Every class is a mix of movement, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. Sometimes, I add sound healing with Tibetan bowls for deep relaxation.
  • I encourage props like blocks and cushions - comfort matters more than perfect poses.

My Story

Hi, I'm part of Idhaa Aboho Collection. People ask me, 'How do I meditate?' Honestly, nobody can really teach you that. You gotta find it yourself. Yoga, for me, is slowing down and noticing the journey, not just the goal. Once, stuck on a midnight flight, I chose patience over frustration. Yoga isn't just on the mat, it's in those pauses. As we say, 'Shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya' (returning to your roots is finding your core). Real strength is in the spirit.

My Work

Yoga and wellness sessions - We offer Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga Bangalore, Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound Bath healing.

Comfort first, always - No pain, only sustainable effort. We use props and adjust so your body feels supported.

For all levels - Beginner or intermediate, online or in-person, our classes fit you. We also run postnatal yoga sessions.

Beyond physical postures - We help you explore mind, body, and soul with ancient practices and mindfulness retreats.
