A glimpse into one of my group classes, where I provide hands-on adjustments to help students find proper alignment in poses like Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose).
Students in my outdoor class practicing Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. This foundational pose is excellent for stretching the entire body and calming the mind.
Guiding students into Savasana (Corpse Pose) at the end of a corporate wellness session. This final resting pose is crucial for integrating the benefits of the practice and achieving deep relaxation.

Students practicing Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog) during a morning park session. This heart-opening pose helps improve posture and energize the body.
Here you can see the progress of a student moving into Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose). My role as a trainer is to guide and support each individual's unique journey with patience and encouragement.

In this studio shot, I am demonstrating a variation of the kneeling backbend. The artwork behind me represents the inner journey we embark on through yoga.
A demonstration of the full split, Hanumanasana, in the studio. This pose requires patience and consistent practice, embodying the idea that every great journey begins with a single step.
About Group Yoga Classes
In my group sessions, I prioritize hands-on adjustments to help you find safety and depth in every posture, whether we are in a studio or an outdoor setting. I intentionally keep batch sizes between 10 to 15 participants to ensure I can offer individual feedback on your alignment, which is particularly helpful if you are new to using props like blocks or bolsters.
My group classes are built around the idea that yoga is a journey, not a race. Whether we are in a partner studio in Koramangala or practicing on the grass in a local park, the goal remains the same: to slow down and listen to your body.
We rotate between Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga to keep the practice balanced and engaging. For those based in Electronic City or Koramangala, these sessions provide a space to integrate movement into your week alongside a community of like-minded people. I firmly believe that comfort matters more than achieving the perfect pose, so I encourage the use of props to make the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of your current flexibility.
If you are a beginner, please do not worry about being able to touch your toes. It is about the stretch and the rhythm of your breath, not the shape. I provide real-time guidance, making sure your alignment protects your joints rather than straining them.
As I often say, shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya (returning to your roots is finding the core of our existence). That is exactly what we aim for when we step onto the mat together, stripping away the noise of the day to focus on what truly strengthens the spirit.
