Why I Do This
Life runs fast, but I believe in slowing down. For me, simplicity is everything. My retreats and workshops are about Shikore fire jaoya (going back to our roots). It's not about chasing more, but about finding a pause and reconnecting with what matters.
What I Offer
- Day retreats near Bangalore for a quick reset. We start with a sunrise hike, meditate outdoors, share stories in a safe circle, and eat simple, nourishing food. It's a mindful nature retreat, not a race.
- Immersive workshops in calm studio spaces. You can try sound healing sessions where you just lie down and let Tibetan bowls and crystal harps do their thing. Or join breathwork and meditation workshops that mix conscious breathing with sound to help you let go of stress.
- Multi-day escapes for a full break. We head out to peaceful spots, practice yoga, eat healthy, and just be. It's about finding a small community and real rest.
What You Can Expect
- Mindfulness and meditation, both guided and silent, in nature or indoors.
- Healing through sound and breath, not just talk.
- A space where you can be yourself, no pressure, no judgment.

My Story
Hi, I'm part of Idhaa Aboho Collection. People ask me, 'How do I meditate?' Honestly, nobody can really teach you that. You gotta find it yourself. Yoga, for me, is slowing down and noticing the journey, not just the goal. Once, stuck on a midnight flight, I chose patience over frustration. Yoga isn't just on the mat, it's in those pauses. As we say, 'Shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya' (returning to your roots is finding your core). Real strength is in the spirit.
My Work
Yoga and wellness sessions - We offer Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga Bangalore, Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound Bath healing.
Comfort first, always - No pain, only sustainable effort. We use props and adjust so your body feels supported.
For all levels - Beginner or intermediate, online or in-person, our classes fit you. We also run postnatal yoga sessions.
Beyond physical postures - We help you explore mind, body, and soul with ancient practices and mindfulness retreats.
