About Mindfulness & Sound Healing

Why I Do This

Life’s always rushing by, right? I’ve found that slowing down is where the real magic happens. My sessions are a chance to hit pause, breathe, and just be. No fancy tricks, no pressure to “perform” mindfulness. It’s about finding the quiet inside you that’s already there.

What Happens in a Session

You’ll lie down, close your eyes, and let the sounds do their thing. I use Tibetan Singing Bowls and Crystal Harps - these aren’t just pretty noises, they send healing vibrations through your whole system. It’s a sound bath, not a concert. You’re not watching, you’re feeling.

  • Guided breathwork for relaxation is always part of the flow.
  • We use Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditative state), but I won’t force your mind to be silent. You’ll find your own way in.
  • Pranayama helps settle your body and mind before we dive deeper.

What You Might Feel

Most people walk out lighter, clearer, and more balanced. Sometimes you’ll release old stress or emotions, sometimes you’ll just feel super rested. It’s different every time.

  • Emotional release through sound healing is common.
  • You might notice your energy centers feel more in sync.

Where & How

I run sound bath meditation Bangalore sessions in studios, nature retreats, and even offices. Community workshops are short and sweet, day retreats go deeper, and I also bring these practices to workplaces for teams needing a reset.

Coming Home to Yourself

In Bengali, Shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya (Returning to the roots means finding the core of our existence). That’s what this is all about. No frills, just you, your breath, and the sounds.

My Story

Hi, I'm part of Idhaa Aboho Collection. People ask me, 'How do I meditate?' Honestly, nobody can really teach you that. You gotta find it yourself. Yoga, for me, is slowing down and noticing the journey, not just the goal. Once, stuck on a midnight flight, I chose patience over frustration. Yoga isn't just on the mat, it's in those pauses. As we say, 'Shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya' (returning to your roots is finding your core). Real strength is in the spirit.
