About Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathwork
Real Connection, Not Just Stretching
People mostly think yoga is about crazy poses, but for me, it’s way deeper. Most days, I’m just trying to get my mind and breath working together - trust me, sometimes my motivation runs away and I’d rather eat noodles than sit still. But that's the point. Mindfulness is about paying attention to how you feel, even on messy days. You learn something every time you show up, even if it’s just noticing how distracted you are.
What Happens Here
I guide you through mindful stress reduction and meditation, not just as routines but as a way to understand why these ancient methods actually help. We’ll dig into the philosophy behind things like dhyana (meditation) and pranayama (breathwork). I break down stuff like the OM chant, its meaning, and why it matters - so you’re not just repeating words, you get it.
Breathwork & Guided Meditation
We practice yogic breathwork techniques like Nadi Shodhana. It’s easy, but it really calms the nervous system, helps you focus, and balances everything out. I show you how to use breath awareness exercises to anchor yourself when life gets wild.
Progress, Not Perfection
Some days old stuff pops up and you think, ‘Arre yaar, thought I was done with this!’ (Oh man, thought I was done with this). It’s normal. The journey’s about being kind to yourself and moving forward bit by bit. No pressure to be perfect - just show up as you are.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sanjana. Yoga keeps me sane, but honestly, some days I just roller-skate in my hallway to shake off the stress. My dog Puttagobi taught me more about rising up than any textbook ever could. Life throws 'apariharya artha' (situations you can't dodge), but I try to find balance—sometimes on the mat, sometimes just goofing around. I believe our thoughts shape us, so I keep trying, falling, and getting back up. That’s me.
