Join our welcoming community in Malleshpalya where we make yoga accessible and meaningful for every body, regardless of your age or flexibility.

This is our group practicing Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation. It is a cooling, calming sequence that channels lunar energy, stretches the entire body, and is wonderful for hormonal balance.

A moment from our Yoga Day celebration class, practicing a seated spinal twist. This pose, Ardha Matsyendrasana, is excellent for improving spinal mobility and aiding digestion.

Here, the class is in Pavanmuktasana, the wind-relieving pose. It is a simple but effective asana for releasing tension in the lower back and improving digestive health.

Students exploring a variation of Pristhan Asana, the Lizard Pose. This is a deep hip opener that stretches the hip flexors, hamstrings, and groin, building strength and flexibility in the lower body.

A women's yoga class working on Setu Bandhasana, or Bridge Pose. This pose strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings, and is also known to open the Anahata or heart chakra.

A glimpse into the variety of our yoga classes. From partner work and prop use to meditation and advanced asanas, there is always something new to learn and explore on the mat.

The class practices Ustrasana, or Camel Pose, a deep backbend that opens the chest and throat. We focus on lifting the heart to the sky, creating a feeling of openness and release.

About this collection

In our group sessions, we don't force perfection. You will often see us using props like wooden blocks, straps, and wall ropes to adapt poses—even seated twists like Ardha Matsyendrasana—so you feel stable and comfortable, not strained. We keep our batches intentionally small, so I can walk around and provide the hands-on adjustments that help you find that 'Sthiram Sukham Asanam' balance unique to your body.

Practicing with others brings a unique energy to your journey. While many come to me looking for therapy, they stay for the community. Whether you are a total beginner or working through stiffness, these sessions are designed to be inclusive.

Why our group sessions work

  • Small Batch Focus: I limit batches to 4-10 students. This allows me to know your medical history and provide the individual attention you might not get in a crowded gym class.
  • Adaptable for Everyone: If your knees hurt, we use chairs. If you cannot touch your toes, we use straps. Yoga is for every body, and we use tools to make sure you get the benefits of the pose safely.
  • Holistic Approach: We mix Hatha and Chair Yoga with breathing techniques and prayer. It is about calming the mind just as much as stretching the muscles.

What to expect

Every session at our Malleshpalya studio starts with a traditional prayer to ground the mind. We move through sequences focused on spinal health, hormonal balance, or general flexibility, depending on the day. We finish with Savasana, where you truly let go.

I believe 80% of your health starts in the kitchen, so you will also find that these sessions are not just about the hour on the mat. We talk about how to carry this practice into your daily life, nutrition, and mental habits. If you are looking for a space where you can be yourself, without performance pressure, you are in the right place.
