This is a philosophy I live and teach by. What we eat is the fuel for our body and mind. As a nutrition coach, I help you understand how to eat your food as medicine, focusing on a balanced diet of whole foods.

Many of my students initially come to me thinking the solution to chronic fatigue or recurring pain lies solely in how they move. While our therapeutic sessions address physical alignment and strength using props, real healing actually happens in the kitchen. I emphasize that 80% of your body is built by what you consume; that is why I integrate specific, anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance directly into your yoga plan, ensuring the work we do in the studio supports your health all day long.
