My Way of Healing with Yoga

Yoga isn’t just about twisting into poses for me. I’m a Sanatani girl, so the spiritual side - Bhakti Yoga, devotion, and connecting with something bigger - is just as real as the physical. I’ve got a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA, but honestly, it’s my own practice and life experience that shapes how I help you heal.

Who I Work With

If you’re struggling with pain, recovering from injury, or just want a softer way to feel better, I’m here. My sessions are for you if:

  • You want yoga for chronic pain relief, like back pain or stiff joints
  • You’re in rehab or have physical limits - I use adaptive yoga for seniors and anyone who needs it
  • Stress, anxiety, or just feeling off? Restorative yoga and pranayama (breathwork) can help calm your mind
  • Dealing with posture issues, digestion, or hormonal stuff? We’ll work on that too

How We Do It

I don’t believe in forcing poses. If your knees hurt or you’re not flexible, we’ll use Chair Yoga, props, whatever you need. Blocks, straps, walls - all tools to make yoga safe and deep for you.

It’s not just movement. We’ll mix in breathing, meditation, and even some nutrition tips (I’m certified there too - because, bhai, 80% of health starts in the kitchen).

What Matters Most

My goal is to help you find ‘Sthiram Sukham Asanam’ - that sweet spot where you feel strong, stable, and comfortable. No painful pretzels, just real healing. Consistency is key, and I’ll be with you every step.

My Story

Hi, I’m Anjali. Yoga for me is more than just asanas - it’s a way of living, a mix of learning, bhakti (devotion), and a bit of fun (thanks to my beagle Teddy trying his own 'Adomukha'). My guru ji’s blessings and the energy of bhakti yogis keep me inspired. Change is the rule of life, and yoga helps me flow with it. ‘Parivartan brahmand ka niyam hai’ - I believe that.
