Gentle movement, breathwork, and deep stillness to help you reset. Whether you are managing chronic stress or recovering from physical strain, these sessions offer a grounded pathway to calm your mind and body.

This beautiful feedback from a student describes the feeling of lightness and peace after a guided meditation session. My goal is to help you access this state of quietness within yourself.

There is something special about practicing pranayama, or breathwork, in the open air. An early morning session like this, focusing on Nadi Shodhana, helps cleanse the energy channels and fills the lungs with fresh prana.

This is the yogic kriya of Jal Neti, a nasal cleansing technique using saline water. It is incredibly effective for clearing the nasal passages, relieving sinus issues, and creating a feeling of lightness in the head.

As a Sanatani, Bhakti Yoga, or the yoga of devotion, is a vital part of my practice. Creating this 'Ram' rangoli with flowers and diyas is a form of meditation, a way to connect with spirituality and find peace.

About this collection

We do not just sit and breathe in these sessions; we use precise techniques like Nadi Shodhana pranayama and Jal Neti to physically clear your system. It is about making practical, physiological shifts that make your meditation practice actually work, rather than just trying to force your mind to be quiet.

Healing is rarely just physical. When you are feeling mentally scattered or physically stiff, jumping into an intense workout often adds more stress to your system. My restorative sessions, hosted at Swasthya Yoga Academy in Malleshpalya, prioritize the nervous system first.

We start with the breath. Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) is a staple because it balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, creating immediate alertness combined with relaxation. For those struggling with sinusitis or the heavy head feeling that comes from chronic stress, I teach Jal Neti. It is a traditional nasal cleansing technique that, while intimidating at first, provides instant relief and clarity.

I also integrate Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion—because spirituality is a powerful, often overlooked tool for mental health. Whether it is a simple prayer at the start of a session or mindful meditation, these elements help you detach from daily distractions.

We aim for 'Sthiram Sukham Asanam'—that state of being steady and comfortable. It is not about perfect poses; it is about finding a space where you can actually let go. If you are ready to move beyond just moving your body and start nourishing your mind, let us talk about a routine that balances your physical health with genuine inner peace.
