Live Training Schedule (5 Days/Week)
- Yoga Focus (Mon, Wed, Fri): Traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow sessions focusing on flexibility and holding postures (Asanas). Includes Surya Namaskar variations and guided breathing techniques.
- Strength Focus (Tue, Thu): Functional fitness sessions utilizing body weight and basic home equipment (dumbbells/water bottles). Focus on core stability, muscle endurance, and bone density.
- Method: Live interactive sessions via Zoom/Google Meet with spot-checks on form.
Nutrition & Support
- Custom Diet Chart: Personalized plan based on 'Food as Medicine' philosophy, focusing on Indian home-cooked meals and macro-balancing.
- Monitoring: Access to WhatsApp support for doubt clearing, form correction via video submission, and guidance on fat loss versus weight loss.
In-Studio Integrated Wellness Membership
Studio Training
- Location: Swasthya Yoga Center, Kaggadasapura. Non-AC, wooden-floored studio.
- Physical Adjustments: Hands-on correction of posture and alignment to prevent injury and ensure maximum benefit.
- Equipment Access: Utilization of studio props including yellow kettlebells, dumbbells, yoga blocks, and straps for resistance training.
Offline Benefits
- Hybrid Routine: Mix of group energy Yoga flows and strength conditioning using facility equipment.
- Therapeutic Mods: Immediate exercise modification for specific issues like knee or back pain using props.
- Consultation: One-on-one diet consultation to draft a sustainable plan and instruction on Yogic Kriyas (cleansing techniques).
1-on-1 Private Therapeutic Coaching

- Volume: 12 sessions per month (typically 3 per week) at mutually convenient times.
- Medical Focus: Routines designed around medical history (PCOS, Thyroid, Arthritis, Back Pain) utilizing M.Sc Yoga Therapy expertise.
- Customization: A mix of Yoga Therapy, Rehabilitation exercises, and Strength training strictly tailored to client stamina and goals.

- Nutrition Audit: Deep-dive analysis of current habits and kitchen pantry with weekly or bi-weekly diet chart adjustments.
- Micro-Coaching: Daily accountability and log-checking of meals via WhatsApp.

My Approach
Fitness for me is way more than just sweating it out on a mat or counting reps in the gym. I see it as a full-on yogic lifestyle, where you get to know yourself better and find that mind-body connection. Age, fitness level, none of that matters - everyone can start somewhere.
What I Believe
‘Sthiram Sukham Asanam’ is my mantra. Basically, it means you should feel stable and comfortable, not just in yoga poses but in your whole health journey. I’m not about crazy diets or punishing workouts. I want you to feel good, steady, and actually enjoy the process.
How I Coach
My holistic health coaching mixes old-school yogic wisdom with modern fitness and nutrition. It’s not a quick fix. We work on:

- Mental clarity and stress reduction techniques
- Building sustainable nutrition habits that actually last

My Story
Hi, I’m Anjali. Yoga for me is more than just asanas - it’s a way of living, a mix of learning, bhakti (devotion), and a bit of fun (thanks to my beagle Teddy trying his own 'Adomukha'). My guru ji’s blessings and the energy of bhakti yogis keep me inspired. Change is the rule of life, and yoga helps me flow with it. ‘Parivartan brahmand ka niyam hai’ - I believe that.
