About Yoga Classes
Yoga is My Way of Life
I don’t see yoga as just a workout. For me, it’s a daily practice that connects my mind, body, and soul. I always start my Suryanamaskar with a small prayer, setting an intention for the day. Being a Sanatani, bhakti yoga is close to my heart. I believe yoga is for everyone - no matter your age, body type, or how flexible you are. The goal is to feel steady and comfortable, like the scriptures say, "Sthiram Sukham Asanam".
My Approach: More Than Just Poses
Your wellness journey is personal. I mix yoga with strength training and nutrition advice, since I’m also a certified nutritionist. I know that what you eat matters as much as what you do on the mat. I help you build a routine that fits your life, not just a one-size-fits-all plan.
Classes for Every Need
- If you want energy and strength, I offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows.
- For those days you need to slow down, my restorative yoga sessions and Yin classes help with stress relief and better sleep.
- Yoga for beginners and chair yoga for seniors make sure everyone can join in, even if you’re recovering or have limited mobility.
- I also run pre and postnatal yoga classes, ladies-only batches, and facial yoga.
What Happens in Class
We start with warm-ups, move into asanas, practice pranayama, and end with meditation. Every session is designed to leave you feeling lighter and more centered. Consistency is key - just keep showing up, and you’ll see the change.

Anjali Verma Kushwaha
My Story
Hi, I’m Anjali. Yoga for me is more than just asanas - it’s a way of living, a mix of learning, bhakti (devotion), and a bit of fun (thanks to my beagle Teddy trying his own 'Adomukha'). My guru ji’s blessings and the energy of bhakti yogis keep me inspired. Change is the rule of life, and yoga helps me flow with it. ‘Parivartan brahmand ka niyam hai’ - I believe that.
