Schedule & Format
- Frequency: Access to 5 to 6 classes per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minute sessions including warm up and cool down.
- Workout Mix: Daily rotation of Zumba, Bollywood Aerobics, Bhangra, and Step Aerobics.
- Batch Size: Group setting with typically 15 to 25 participants.
Facility & Gear
- Location Access: Admission to the studio floor or designated gym area.
- Equipment: Usage of plastic steppers, yoga mats, and light weights (dumbbells/kettlebells).
- Audio: High volume sound system playing Bollywood, Punjabi, and Latin tracks.
- Guidance: Live instruction focusing on choreography and energy.

- Unlimited Entry: Access to all Morning and Evening offline Dance Fitness batches.

Why I Started This
Honestly, I was bored of the same old gym routine too. Dieting, running, but yeh stubborn fat hai na (this stubborn fat), it just doesn’t listen! That’s why I started my own dance fitness classes - to make fitness less boring and more like a party.
What Happens in My Classes
- Full Bollywood energy - expect loud music, lots of dance, and total masti (fun)
- No experience needed - even if you have two left feet, I’ll show you the steps
- Everyone’s welcome - men, women, any age, any fitness level
- “Dil ziddi h” (The heart is stubborn) - we cheer each other on, no judgment ever
What We Actually Do
- Warm-up to get the body moving
- Bollywood fitness workout: trending tracks, easy steps, full-on sweat
- Zumba body toning session: Latin and international beats mixed in
- Sometimes, we add light weights for extra toning
- End with a proper cool-down and stretching
