What Drives Me

Fitness for me isn’t just about reps and sweat - it's my lifeline. I bring my full energy to every class, aiming to turn miti ko sona (soil to gold) with sheer hustle and discipline. Transformation is possible for anyone who’s willing to put in the work.

The Vibe in My Classes

When you walk in, you’re not just a participant, you’re part of the tribe. We move to music that gets your heart pumping, but there’s zero judgement if you stumble or need a breather. Progress over perfection. We push and support each other, celebrate every small win. You guys become my rockstars, and together we build a real community fitness tribe.

What We Do Together

  • Zumba®: It’s a dance-based fitness session with global beats. I mix up the moves and tracks all the time, so it never gets boring. As a Zumba Education Specialist, I keep it authentic and fun.
  • STRONG Nation®: Not a dance class, but a HIIT group workout synced perfectly to music. Every squat, plank, punch, and kick is powered by the beat. I’m a Master Trainer, so expect to be challenged.
  • Pilates & Functional Strength: Focus here is on core strength, flexibility, and movement control. I teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates, plus bring in TRX and BodyPump elements for real-world strength.

New to Fitness?

No stress if you’re just starting out. I know what it’s like to feel low on himmat (courage). Just show up. The group lifts each other up, and we’ll help you find your rhythm.

My Story

Hey, I'm Praateek. Zumba’s my heartbeat, my therapy, and my ticket to places I never thought I'd be—Nepal, Delhi, Bhutan, all with sneakers on! Nepal, yaar, that vibe stuck with me since day one. I’m always learning, always moving—just finished a Pilates course, never say die, main haroonga nahin (I won't lose). Off the mat, I’m with my family, wife, cricket, and festivals. Life’s short—let’s make it loud and memorable!
