Why I Dance (and Why You Might Want To)
For me, fitness is all about masti (fun) and letting go. I’m Upen, and my dance fitness classes are more like a party than a workout. If you want to sweat, laugh, and just be yourself, you’ll fit right in. No need to be a pro - just bring your energy.
What Happens in Class
- Expect a mix of Zumba dance workout Delhi style, Bollywood dance fitness routines, and Bhangra.
- We dance to everything - 90s Bollywood, trending hits, and those Latin Zumba beats.
- Steps are basic, so even if you’ve got two left feet, you’ll catch on.
- Classes get sweaty, but the vibe is always supportive and full of laughter.
The Zumba Squad
- My classes are packed with people of all ages.
- We hype each other up, and honestly, nobody wants to leave when the music stops.
- Zumba session complete hone ke baad bhi (even after the session ends), everyone’s asking for “one more song!”
