I’m Komal, and I’ll be honest - I can’t stand boring workouts. If you’re fed up with the same old gym routine, you’ll vibe with my dance fitness sessions. We sweat, we laugh, we repeat. It’s all about feeling good and having fun, not just burning calories.
What You’ll Get
- Each class is a full-blown dance party, not a punishment. We groove to Bollywood dance workout tracks, Bhangra funk, and even Haryanvi dhamaka (local beats that hit different).
- Zumba for beginners and pros - I’m certified, so expect real moves and high-energy cardio dance you’ll actually enjoy.
- Tried Aqua Zumba sessions yet? It’s wild - full resistance, zero joint pain, and pure maza (fun) in the pool.
- You’ll improve your stamina, boost your mood, and make new friends. No one’s judging your moves - just come as you are.
Kuch Alag (Something Different)
I create my own choreography for trending songs, so every class feels fresh. There’s proper stretching at the end, so you won’t be left with sore muscles. We celebrate festivals together and sometimes do big masterclasses - dhamaal machate hain (we create a blast) every time.
Who Can Join?
Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you haven’t danced before or your fitness level. I’ve got Ladies Only batches for those who prefer that vibe. Age, size, experience - none of that matters here. Just bring your energy and let’s move!

Classes I Offer - Certified international Zumba instructor. I teach Zumba, Pool Zumba in Rohtak, Yoga, and dance fitness like Bhangra and Bollywood.
Cardio is a Party - Cardio boring? Bilkul nahi! My Bollywood dance fitness and Bhangra workouts are full-on fun, every session feels like a party.
Fitness with Masti - No strict rules, just enjoy. We dance, sweat, laugh, and get fit together. Regular Zumba lifts your mood too.
Always Something New - Started Pool Zumba in Rohtak – Aqua Zumba sessions were a hit. I keep bringing new dhamaal (fun) every time.
Cool Down and Stretch - After every class, we chill with light cardio and stretching. Recovery is as important as the workout.
