Why I Call It My Happy Hour
Life honestly gets better when you start dancing. For me, Zumba and dance fitness is more about feeling happy than just sweating it out. My sessions are like a stress-buster party - you burn calories, let loose, and forget about the world for a bit.
What My Classes Feel Like
Picture this - high-energy moves, loud music, and no one judging how you dance. I love seeing people from all backgrounds just vibing together. Every class includes a good warm-up, full-on dance, and a relaxing stretch at the end. You’re not just joining a class, you become one of my dance partners.
The Music & Vibe
I like to mix things up - Bollywood dance workout, Bhangra-inspired fitness routine, and old-school retro. Sometimes it’s SRK hits, sometimes pure Punjabi beats (Nachan Nu Jee Karda, yaar!), and other days we go vintage with golden oldies. We even do special festive classes for Holi, Lohri, and Christmas.
Keeping It Real
Not every class feels easy, and that’s normal. Honestly, kabhi kabhi toh main bhi thak jaati hoon (sometimes even I get tired). The point is to just show up, enjoy, and celebrate your progress, one dance at a time.
Credentials & Options
Main certified fitness trainer aur licensed Zumba instructor hoon (I’m a certified fitness trainer and licensed Zumba instructor). I take group dance fitness sessions in Delhi studios and also do virtual Zumba classes, so you can join from home anytime.
