Movement That Feels Like a Party
I don't think fitness should feel like punishment. For me, moving your body is a celebration, not a task. My dance fitness sessions are all about shaking off stress, finding your groove, and letting loose - kabhi-kabhi (sometimes) that's exactly what you need after a long day.
What Goes Down in Class
No one here cares if you get every step right. We focus more on the vibe than being perfect. Expect laughter, high energy, and zero judgment. Most days, it feels more like a party than a workout. Everyone sweats, smiles, and supports each other - that's kind of our thing.
Pick Your Dance Style
- Bollywood cardio sessions: My personal favourite! We dance to the latest tracks and classics, so it's always
mauja hi mauja(loads of fun). - Zumba & Aerobics: Fast-paced, full-body moves, often with a Bollywood twist.
- Creative Prop Dance: Some days it’s chairs, some days bamboo sticks - always something different to keep it interesting.
Aqua Zumba - Low Impact, High Fun
If you want something gentler on joints, try my Aqua Zumba classes. Dancing in water is surprisingly fun and gives a solid workout without stressing your body. Open to all ages, from 18 to 80.

All ages, all fitness levels, every kind of body - if you want to dance, you're already in the right place. Just bring your willingness to have fun and maybe leave with a bit more shanti (peace) than you walked in with.

My Story
Macarena in 4th grade—who knew that’d kickstart a lifelong love for movement? I opened my studio not just for fitness, but for community. Here, we mix tradition with sweat—Janmashtami brings classical dance, Holi means 'rang barse' and laughter. My own journey’s wild—recently did my first ice bath, felt like an 'ikk kudi' (new girl). Every feather added, every holy dip, keeps my karmas moving. This studio’s my heart, full of gratitude and warmth. Jai Mata di.
