About Our Fitness Family ("Dil Ziddi Hai")
Forget the awkward gym environment where you feel like you are being watched. In our batches at Anytime Fitness, we turn up the Bollywood music, sweat it out together, and celebrate every single win—whether it is your first day or you are a regular.
Being consistent is the hardest part of any fitness journey. That is why I built the 'Dil Ziddi Hai' community. My classes are designed to feel less like a rigid workout and more like a daily celebration where you actually want to show up.

- No Judgement: Whether you have two left feet or you have been dancing for years, everyone is here for the same reason—to feel good and burn some serious calories.

Where can you find us?
I conduct my sessions at Anytime Fitness in Rohini (Prashant Vihar and Mangalam Place) and Pitampura. We are a mix of beginners, busy moms, and office-goers, all looking for a space where we can be ourselves, get fit, and leave the stress of the day at the door.
