Why I Dance, Why I Teach
I’m Shweta, and for me, dance fitness is all about letting go and loving every beat. Discipline matters, but I’m not the drill sergeant type - you’ll find my classes full of laughter, music, and sweat. Movement is my secret for self-love and happiness, and I want everyone dancing with me to feel it too.
How We Move
Expect a wild mix of styles in every session. We groove to the latest Bollywood-inspired workouts, throw in some Latin and pop tunes for Zumba®, and sometimes splash around with Aqua Zumba classes. If you’re in the mood for pure desi fitness community feels, my Bollywood & Bhangra routines will get you hyped. I like shaking things up with surprise chair routines or game-style bootcamp rounds. No two classes are ever the same.
The Class Vibe
Honestly, my ‘Zumba girls’ are my crew. We’re loud, we hype each other, and no one’s judging your dance moves. You’ll walk in stressed, walk out smiling. We celebrate festivals and special days with themed classes (Holi, Christmas, Women’s Day - sab kuch hota hai yahan [everything happens here]).
