How I Work
If you’re done with fad diets and want something real, I keep things simple. No fancy shakes or imported stuff. I use ghar ke simple ingredients (homemade, basic ingredients) so you can actually follow the plan without feeling lost. I mix nutrition with movement - walking, Zumba, or whatever you like at home - because it works better together.
What I Help With

- Struggling after pregnancy? My post-pregnancy weight management nutrition tips are easy to follow and don’t need you to starve.

My Take on Balance
Honestly, I don’t believe in cutting out everything you love. Golgappe khana hai toh occasionally khao (if you want to eat golgappe, have them sometimes). The point is habits, not punishment. Results come with time, movement, and sticking to basics. Bas believe karo - you’ll see changes!
