About Additional Work & Motivation
Getting to the gym consistently is the hardest part of any transformation. I capture these moments not to show off, but to hold myself accountable on days when I would rather stay on the couch. If you are struggling to find your rhythm, come join one of my group batches in Rohini or Pitampura; the energy of the group makes it much easier to show up for yourself than working out alone.
Motivation is not about screaming at yourself in the mirror; it is about finding a routine that does not feel like a chore. For me, that is Bollywood dance fitness. Whether you are dealing with stubborn bloating, wanting to lose inches, or just need a mood boost, my approach is based on real food and movement that you can actually stick to.
I host my sessions at Anytime Fitness in Prashant Vihar, Rohini, and Pitampura, where we mix Zumba, Bhangra, and step aerobics to keep things fresh. In our classes, we do not obsess over perfect form from day one; we focus on burning calories through movement and making sure you walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
