This is a look at my fat loss HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session. I guide my clients through step exercises that build strength and burn fat, helping you lose up to 5kg in a month. Everyone here is working at their own pace.

You do not need complicated equipment to see changes. In my sessions, we use simple props like steppers to target specific areas, including legs and core, while keeping the heart rate up with HIIT. Where To Find Me
I conduct my offline fitness and dance sessions at Anytime Fitness in Rohini (Mangalam Place) and Pitampura. If you cannot make it to the studio, I also run live virtual sessions via Zoom, where I ensure you have proper form even in small living room spaces.
