I turn workouts into a party. Every class with me is about grooving, sweating, and smiling - not stressing about perfect moves. I believe feeling the music is everything. Whether you’re looking for a Bollywood cardio workout or just want to shake off a tough day, you’ll find every session feels like a celebration.
What Happens in Class
- Bollywood & Bhangra: Expect full-on masti (fun) with the hottest tracks, dhol beats, and plenty of Balle Balle moments. It’s like a mini Punjabi wedding - except you’re torching calories.
- Zumba: As a licensed ZIN™ instructor, I bring authentic high energy Zumba sessions that get you moving to Latin and international beats.
- K-Pop: If you’re into BTS or BLACKPINK, you’ll love our K-Pop fitness routines. The moves are sassy, fierce, and super fun.
- Festive Specials: Navratri Garba, Lohri, and other festival vibes, because fitness can be desi-style too!
