- Weight Loss & Toning: While we dance, we are secretly working on calorie burning and muscle toning. My sessions include elements of aerobics and light weights to target those stubborn areas.
- HIIT & Strength: For those looking for faster fat loss, I incorporate high-intensity interval training. It is effective, it is challenging, and it gets results.

I currently conduct group sessions at Anytime Fitness across multiple Delhi locations, including Rohini (Sector 3 and Mangalam Place) and Pitampura. My batches are designed for everyone—whether you are a busy office worker or a new mom looking for a way to get back in shape.
