About High-Energy Dance Workouts
You don't need to be a dancer to join—most of my clients start with two left feet! Each 60-minute session blends high-octane Bollywood hits with simple Zumba moves designed to keep your heart rate up and boredom out. Whether you are a total beginner or just need to break a plateau, we keep the energy high and the judgment zero, so you will walk out feeling lighter and happier every time.
Why My Dance Classes Get Results
I started these sessions because I was bored of the same repetitive treadmill grind. Let's be honest, you'll work harder when you're having fun. In our hour-long sessions, we combine the calorie-burning intensity of HIIT with the rhythmic joy of Bollywood and Latin beats. It is a full-body cardio workout that doesn't feel like work.
What To Expect
- Warm-up: We start by loosening up to get the blood flowing.
- Bollywood Cardio: The core of our session. Expect popular tracks, lots of movement, and high energy.
- Toning & Strength: We often incorporate light weights or functional bodyweight movements to target stubborn fat.
- Cool-down: Essential stretching to prevent soreness and help you recover.
Where Can You Find Me?
I conduct in-person group classes at Anytime Fitness in Rohini (Prashant Vihar, Mangalam Place) and Pitampura. The environment is a supportive community—we call it our 'Fitness Family'. Everyone from beginners to fitness enthusiasts is welcome.
If you prefer working out from your living room, I also host live virtual sessions via Zoom and Google Meet. These are specifically choreographed for smaller spaces so you don't need a massive studio floor to see real results.
