Some days are harder than others, but movement is a privilege, not a punishment. Here, our instructor demonstrates the focus and control required for Animal Flow, a practice that connects mind and body.

This is the "Flow of the Day" for one of our Animal Flow classes. Each session involves a unique sequence of movements like the "Set Beast" and "Crab" to build strength and precision.
