We are a fitness studio specializing in holistic wellness. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, move better, and create a balanced life inside and out through a variety of movement styles.

Here is our morning class calendar. We offer a wide variety of classes from 7 AM onwards, including Functional Training, Yoga, Zumba, and Step Aerobics to fit your schedule.

Our evening class calendar is packed with options to help you de-stress after a long day. Choose from Power Yoga, CrossFit, Bolly Active, and more.

If your life isn't boring, why should your workouts be? This weekly plan shows how we mix it up every day with classes like Strong by Zumba, HIIT, and Functional Training.

About Our Studio & Class Info

At our Surya Niketan space, we ditched the typical gym culture for a calm, climate-controlled studio where movement feels like a recharge. You’re not just signing up for a class; you're joining a capped group of 8 to 12 people, meaning our trainers are watching your form like a hawk to keep you injury-free.

Our Approach: Skill in Action

We live by the philosophy of Yogaḥ-karmasu-kauśalam (Yoga is skill in action). Whether you are lifting weights or flowing through a Pilates session, it is about being intentional. We don't believe in just piling on weight or crushing cardio to burn calories; we focus on functional movement that makes you stronger for your everyday life—carrying groceries, playing with your kids, and moving without pain.

The Studio Experience

  • Climate-Controlled: We know how rough Delhi weather can get, so our studio is fully climate-controlled with high-density rubber flooring to protect your joints.
  • Small Groups: By keeping our batches small (max 12), we ensure you get the guidance you need. No getting lost in the back of a crowded room.
  • Versatile Gear: From Olympic barbells and bumper plates for strength training to TRX suspension straps, kettlebells, and battle ropes for functional work, we have the tools you need to level up.

How to Join

We don't do cookie-cutter memberships. We have morning and evening slots available daily, covering everything from Strength & Conditioning and HIIT to Reformer Pilates. Booking is managed through our member app, so you always know exactly when your next session is. If you are new to this, do not stress about your fitness level. We walk you through every move, every breath, and every repetition.
