Here is our morning class calendar. We offer a wide variety of classes from 7 AM onwards, including Functional Training, Yoga, Zumba, and Step Aerobics to fit your schedule.

Our evening class calendar is packed with options to help you de-stress after a long day. Choose from Power Yoga, CrossFit, Bolly Active, and more.

If your life isn't boring, why should your workouts be? This weekly plan shows how we mix it up every day with classes like Strong by Zumba, HIIT, and Functional Training.

About Our Studio & Class Info

At our Surya Niketan space, we ditched the typical gym culture for a calm, climate-controlled studio where movement feels like a recharge. You’re not just signing up for a class; you're joining a capped group of 8 to 12 people, meaning our trainers are watching your form like a hawk to keep you injury-free.
