About Our Community & Vibe
We keep our batches strictly capped at 8 to 12 people. You won't find massive crowds or gym bros staring while you try to figure out a move. Whether you are aiming for your first push-up or just trying to stay consistent on a rainy Monday, our instructors are there to spot your form and offer a high-five, not just stand in the corner.
At Exerholic, we believe that fitness is about the people you move with as much as the weights you lift. Located in Anand Vihar, our studio is designed to be a breather from the noise of Delhi, providing a climate-controlled space where you can actually focus on your progress.
