Skipping is a fundamental cardio exercise we incorporate to improve footwork, coordination, and stamina, sometimes with added weights for an extra challenge.

About this collection
In our group circuits, nobody gets left behind, but nobody takes it easy either. You'll rotate between tire flips, battle ropes, and explosive drills with partners who push you harder than you'd push yourself alone. It's loud, it's sweaty, and the energy is raw—completely different from a silent, individual workout where you end up staring at your phone.
At Delhi Combat, we don't believe in fancy machines. Our high-intensity group training is built on functional, real-world strength. When you enter a session, you are doing 60 minutes of non-stop work—mixing HIIT, CrossFit-inspired circuits, and agility drills.
The Reality of the Grind
This isn't an AC studio where you go to relax. We train in a non-AC, naturally ventilated space. You will feel the heat, you will sweat, and you will be sore. That is the point. We use tractor tires, heavy ropes, and sledgehammers because that builds actual, usable strength.
Who This Is For
Whether you are a beginner looking to lose weight, an athlete needing explosiveness, or someone tired of the corporate gym scene, you belong in our squad. We train together, we push together, and we finish together.
Why Group Training?
When you train alone, you quit when it burns. When you train with the squad, you keep going because everyone else is also working. That peer pressure is the best fuel for your progress.
We operate with batch sizes of 15-25, so I can keep an eye on your form. Consistency is everything here; miss three days, and you'll feel the stamina dip. Ready to become a Yoddha?
Delhi Combat
I’m not here to sell you memberships; I’m here to build Yoddhas. If you’re ready to leave your ego at the door and put in the work, you’ll fit right into our squad. Let’s see what you’re made of.
