About this collection

You will not find fancy ab machines here because they do not teach your body to function as one unit. Instead, we use gymnastic rings, medicine balls, and intense calisthenics to train your midsection while you move. This is how you develop real-world stability, not just beach muscles.

At Delhi Combat, a strong core is not about getting a six-pack for social media. It is about total body control. When you are hanging from gymnastic rings or fighting to keep your balance during a pistol squat, every muscle in your midsection has to fire to keep you stable. We strip away the gym distractions—no fancy machines, no mirrors—so you focus purely on the tension and the grind.

We train you to move like an athlete. Whether it is partner sit-up drills that force you to communicate with your squad or holding an inverted position, these exercises build endurance that carries over into every other aspect of your fitness. You will learn how to breathe, brace, and generate power from your center.

Our sessions are demanding. If you are looking for an easy session, this is not it. We push you because progress only happens when you are uncomfortable. Whether you are at our Rohini academy or the Model Town facility, you get the same intensity: high-volume, no-nonsense training. You will be sore, and you will be tired, but you will also get stronger, faster, and more resilient. This is the foundation of our functional training Delhi program.
