We train women to be strong and fearless. This is a glimpse into our high-intensity interval training, combining battle ropes for upper body endurance with medicine ball slams for explosive core power.
We move in ways that build functional agility and strength. Animal walks like the gorilla walk improve mobility, coordination, and build power from the ground up.

About this collection
Don't expect air-conditioned comfort or fancy machines here. We train in a raw, naturally ventilated space using heavy tires, sledgehammers, and battle ropes to build functional power. It is tough, it is sweaty, and it works.
