We don't do glamour, we do the work. At Delhi Combat, we build Yoddhas. If you want to show up, sweat, and get stronger, you belong in our squad.

Here, we build warriors, regardless of gender. This is what real strength looks like. We focus on mastering foundational powerlifting movements like the deadlift to build a strong posterior chain and core.

This isn't your typical gym. We use functional equipment like heavy tires for flipping to develop explosive, real-world power and full-body conditioning. Chalo, zor lagao!

The energy in our group sessions is electric. We push together, we sweat together. This is a high-intensity kickboxing circuit, perfect for building stamina and burning fat.

We train women to be strong and fearless. This is a glimpse into our high-intensity interval training, combining battle ropes for upper body endurance with medicine ball slams for explosive core power.

We move in ways that build functional agility and strength. Animal walks like the gorilla walk improve mobility, coordination, and build power from the ground up.

Form is everything. I am always there to guide you, correct your posture, and push you to get the most out of every single rep, like in this focused leg extension drop set.
